Amphenol is a multinational leader in the manufacturing of connectors and related products. Primary design, development and deployment of several divisions' web sites were my duties. Significant web projects included a global personnel directory, an inventory search portal for the RF division powered by Endeca, and a backend CMS application for content on primary and other web sites. Currently evaluating JSP and MySQL for restructuring of primary web site.
Additional, design-related projects were also assigned including presentations and annual reports.
Develop, design and deploy sites for small businesses, organizations and communities. Contract on deployment of web presence for outside IT companies. Design, build, and provide hosting and email services. Developed our own dynamic content management system / weblog engine which uses open source PHP/MySQL with W3C-compliant CSS templating and RSS, Atom and RDF syndication. This system runs our weblog, “Recently.” Significant experience in deploying several small CMS systems, specifically WordPress, TextPattern, Vanilla bulletin boards.
